A Brief Bio You Probably Could Do Without
![[Prasenjeet Dutta]](../images/pd.jpg)
Welcome! I used to be a Program Manager and Technical Consultant with Cybernet Software Systems. I'm now an MSc student at Manchester Business School, following my passion for understanding how science and technology shape our world (and hopefully understand it well enough to be able to manage technology and innovation successfully).
How do you pronounce that?
Prasenjeet is pronounced PRuh-sun-JEET, and Dutta is pronounced DUT-tuh, where DUT rhymes with the English "cut".
Births, Marriages and Deaths
One, Zero and Zero, respectively. Event One happened in Jamshedpur, which is (now) in Jharkhand in Eastern India and which is best known for its trucks and the iron and steel industry -- it was the first `steel city' in India. Events Two and Three are somewhere in the future, though not necessarily in that order.
I am tri-lingual... I know English, Bengali and Hindi.
